Led by skilled female instructors from the Merrillville Police Department, this class is designed to empower women with essential self-defense techniques. Attendees will learn a variety of fundamental skills, including punches and kicks, choke defense, and ground defense. No prior experience is necessary – just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn!
