The Dean and Barbara White Community Center
Opened March 1, 2021 - stop by for a tour!
I am excited to present below the pages from the dean and barbara white community center brochure featuring the programs and offerings at the center. Click on the image below to open the pdf for the brochure.
The Center has now been opened just over one year and many residents have been enjoying all that it has to offer. We are now hosting the Boys and Girls Club of Northwest Indiana as well as EPIC volleyball. The council is currently review what can be done to open some basketball court time to Merrillville students to come in to practice and just have fun shooting around! More on that coming soon.
Reminder: The Methodist Hospital Fitness Center is free to Merrillville residents. That includes the exercise equipment and free weights. The Holloday Properties walking/jogging track which is elevated and circles the basketball/volleyball courts is also free for Merrillville residents.
